Shipping, Packing and
Insurance Charges
Cyber Trading NZ Ltd uses both NZ Post & Courier companies to deliver
shipments to our customers. All shipment charges are based upon weight and
total order value. Unless otherwise stated on the
checkout age, all parcels
sent are insured against loss in transit.
All Prices are quoted in NZ$
and include GST.
Delivery Time Frames
Order delivery
normally takes 2 to 5 working days within New Zealand, and 5 to 15 working days
outside New Zealand.
Order Availability
Cyber Trading NZ
Ltd will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information
about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an
order, we will send you an e-mail advising how soon we will be able to ship the
order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps
to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is
placed, the process will be entered into our database. You may log on to
our web site any time to check the order status. A delivery tracking number
will be issued once item is dispatched.
To track your order
delivery, for NZ Post, go to:
http://www.nzpost.co.nz/Cultures/en-NZ/OnlineTools/TrackAndTrace/,
and enter the tracking number.
Deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday. All orders received after 3.00pm
that day will be processed the following working day and packages shipped
accordingly. Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays or
between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period.
Please note that a
signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment. If no one is
available to sign for the shipment, additional charges may be incurred to you
for any additional deliveries. Deliveries can be made to residential and
commercial addresses, PO Box number is acceptable on most items (unless
specified on the item description).
Return Policy
As a
New Zealand
company we trade under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please note that we are not able to accept
returned goods because of “change of mind”.
If you wish to return a
product please contact our customer service team by completing the Contact Us
Form, or by emailing support@digitdirect.co.nz
to obtain a Return Authorisation/warranty Form. Returned products must be accompanied with
original packaging, contents, and Return Authorisation form.
Cyber Trading NZ Ltd will
replace faulty products, provided they are defective and not because you have
simply changed your mind.
Return freight charges are
at the purchaser’s expense. You are advised to send your package by registered
post, and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. However if you are returning an item because
it arrived damaged or there was an error processing your order, Cyber Trading
NZ Ltd will reimburse you upon receiving a receipt for freight.
Product keys and software
purchased from us is only returnable if the packaging on the product has not
been opened.
