Insurance
Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, parcels sent ARE insured against loss in transit.  All claims for missing goods in transit must be lodged with Cyber Trading NZ Ltd, in which case, we will lodge claim with the carrier, once parcle has been confirmed missing, replacement item will be dispatched to the customer, in the case a replacement is not available at the time, full refund will be issued.  Please note, it will usually take up to 4 weeks for the carrier company to complete the investigation, we are not able to issue replacement item until we have confirmation from the carrier company.

Our liability
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.

Back orders
All goods in stock are dispatched promptly. Goods out of stock are back ordered and sent later at our expense unless we advise otherwise. Back order prices are firm for 30 days from the date of order. All back orders are dispatched as soon as we receive the goods from our suppliers. When we send a copy of your order back to you, the delay times will be quoted. Because this information is given to us by our suppliers, we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Minimum back order value is $10 otherwise the order is cancelled.

International orders
Please be aware that you may have to pay customs and importing charges at your end (if applicable). We may not be able to supply full customs documentation, but all parcels include required custom dockets. Should you require to return goods for any reason from outside New Zealand, it is essential that customs documentation is included. If customs dockets are not included it can be a costly exercise to have the goods cleared by Customs and the customer must pay this charge. Failure to include customs documentation may result in long delays. We can not accept any responsibility or liability for the suitability of any product for use outside New Zealand , nor its compliance with local regulations.

Warranties
If any defect in materials or workmanship in product sold by Cyber Trading NZ Ltd is identified and notified to us within the warranty period then we will, at our discretion either: repair or replace the product, or take back the product and refund your money.

Cyber Trading NZ Ltd does not accept any liability beyond this, and does not accept any liability for consequential loss. Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance or repair; alteration or modification of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturers; or any neglect, misuse or excessive use. This warranty does not extend to, and we are not liable for any damage to articles to which a product is attached or with which it is used, or for the consequences of a product being used for any purpose for which it has not been designed or for use which is not recommended by the manufacturers.

Freight charges relating to warranty items
Warranty repairs or replacements of goods is free of charge however freight charges to the service department is required to be paid by the customer.

Cyber Trading NZ Ltd endeavours to protect your privacy by:

• Only collecting information from those we deal with which is necessary for our business to adequately service our customers.
• Except where the law says otherwise, the only external organisation having access to this information are approved mailing houses that mails our marketing material to our customers or credit card/credit reference companies for finance approval.
• We do not use any personal information we have collected for any other purposes without seeking the individual's permission.
• We will take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is accurate and complete by contacting our customers and updating our records on a yearly basis.
• We will hold the information indefinitely so future marketing material can be sent to the individual. If you do not wish to receive this material in the future, please email to privacyoffice@digitdirect.co.nz to have your details removed.
• Personal information will not be disclosed to any organisation or individual who has not given a commitment to deal with such information in a way, which is consistent with the National Privacy Principles and will be disclosed only in accordance with those Principles.
• Individuals can access the information that our organisation holds on them in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
• If an individual believes the information we hold on them is not accurate they have the right to apply to the organisation to have that information corrected.

Legal jurisdiction
Cyber Trading NZ Ltd operates under New Zealand laws and regulations . Therefore any legal disputes will be conducted in courts or tribunals situated in New Zealand and under New Zealand laws and regulations.
